Moringa For Life

D.J. began his herbal education in his early twenties, and it was his friend Sika who first introduced him to the Magic of Moringa. She also introduced him to her mother, Mariko, who became one his first herbal mentors. In Mariko's Moringa Growers Certification course, he studied Moringa cultivation, nutrition, and herbal applications. We call them our Moringa family, and they really feel like family to us! They produce some of the finest quality American grown Moringa products, and sell at farmers markets around the Vista, California area. Lar Short​

Lar is in short, our guru. We studied eastern meditation traditions with Lama Lar for several years in Taos, NM. Lar taught medical Qi Gong, served on the Board of Five Branches Acupuncture College in Santa Cruz, CA, and has written several books. He expanded our perspectives, and introduced us to the lore of the Cintamani gem. He was the officiant for our wedding, and remains a dear friend and teacher today ~ one whose lessons continue to grow within us many years later. We recommend Lar Short's books available on Amazon to anyone interested in the pith teachings of ancient eastern meditation, yoga, internal alchemy, and esoteric wisdom traditions.​​​

Miche LaMarche

Miche is a Master Acupuncturist, Functional Medicine Specialist, and Neuro-Feedback practitioner at her clinic, Body Mind Revolution in Los Angeles, CA. Rehmannia Dean Thomas

D.J. apprenticed and studied Classical Chinese Tonic Herbalism with Rehmannia for several years. He has written several books on tonic herbs and holistic wellness and has taught thousands of students worldwide at in-person and online classes. Rehmannia specializes in the Gate of Life lineage of tonic herbalism, is a wealth of ethnobotanical wisdom, and is one of the few people who've actually written an entire book on Shilajit! He's also a multi-talented musician and realist oil painter.
