Shipping Overages
​
Even computers can make mistakes.
Our Cart automatically calculates shipping charges based on your location and the carrier you choose during checkout. If the shipping charges are inaccurately over-estimated, any shipping overages charged (beyond $4.99) will be refunded to the original payment method after the order ships.
If you are undercharged for actual shipping costs (beyond $4.99), we may contact you to arrange for an additional shipping payment. (This usually only applies to International orders).

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges?

Order Cancellations accepted if we receive the cancellation request before the order ships.
ALL SHIPPED SALES ARE FINAL.
Items are perishable. Once items are shipped, NO returns nor exchanges.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured for loss or damage.​
​
If shipping damage occurs, please immediately take detailed photographs of the package, packaging materials, and damaged products. Send us the photographs, and we'll process an insurance claim. You will need to verify the loss via an easy online form. Once the claim is reimbursed, we'll refund or replace the damaged goods.
​
If a shipment is lost or undelivered, please notify us within 2 weeks of the missed delivery deadline (shown on your tracking info as "expected delivery date"). We'll process an insurance claim for the missing parcel as soon as possible. Please note the replacement process for lost shipments may take up to 30 days for domestic shipments and 40 to 60 days for international shipments.

We strive towards Zero Waste. We choose recyclable & biodegradable materials wherever possible.

All Powdered Extracts are sold in recyclable amber glass jars with recyclable metal lids.

Shilajit products are sold in reusable / recyclable miron glass (lids are not recyclable).
